A Praying Community

Following our Lent series on our call to be a praying community we will be continuing our journey and invite anyone in the Benefice to explore how we will pray together in the future. On Tuesday 29 April at 7:30 p.m. in St Mary's Church we will be holding a time to reflect on how we can develop our prayer lives, patterns and networks in response to the needs of the two churches, Community, City and World. All are welcome to come to this initial gathering. Many people have also commented on the way we are praying specifically for particular people on the pew leaflet and the difference it is making. If you would like to offer a person to be prayed for, then please do not hesitate to contact a member of the Ministry Team or leave a message via the Benefice Office. Some people ask for a particular request and others simply for a name to be offered, either way is fine, but for practical reasons the requests are reviewed on a regular basis.
