The Moseley Mysteries

By Jill Adams

St Mary’s and St Anne’s are planning to put on a performance of the Moseley Mystery Plays on 10 and 11 July 2009.

This will include the story of Adam and Eve, Noah’s Flood, Abraham and Isaac, Moses, Daniel in the Lion’s Den, Joseph and his coat of many colours, and the Nativity, and will be full of music, songs, dancing and excitement.

We plan to perform these in Moseley Private Park and hope to involve everyone, of whatever age, who is interested. You may want to act, sing, dance, play an instrument or help backstage — we shall need people to help with costumes, scenery, electrics and general organisation.

If you are interested in becoming involved in this exciting new venture then come to a meeting to discuss plans and ideas at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday 23 September in St Mary’s Church.
